Email Security
Email security
Last reviewed: May 10, 2026.
EarnDrift will never ask for your SSN, EIN, or bank login over email.
Tax IDs and bank-routing details are only ever entered through a secure form on earndrift.com (or our verified payment-partner Stripe). If anyone emails you asking for those details directly, it is not from us. Forward it to security@earndrift.com and don't reply.
Sender addresses we use
All EarnDrift transactional and marketing email comes from one of these addresses (and is signed with SPF + DKIM + DMARC on the earndrift.com domain):

- security@earndrift.com — security incident communications
- billing@earndrift.com — invoices and subscription notices
- legal@earndrift.com — legal and DPA correspondence
- privacy@earndrift.com — data subject requests
- accessibility@earndrift.com — accessibility feedback

What we will never email you
